Probate Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Probate Paralegal to join our team at Upgrade Recruitment Ltd. As a Probate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on probate procedures and applications for clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on probate procedures and applications.
  • Complete and submit probate and registry applications on behalf of clients.
  • Work closely with external solicitors on complex trust, estate, or will issues.
  • Meet with clients in-person and on the phone to provide advice on the probate process.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience in probate.
  • A relevant legal degree, CILEX, and/or Step Advanced Certificate in the Administration of Estates.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • An empathetic approach to probate work.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £40,000, plus benefits including a private pension scheme and opportunities for personal and professional development.

This is a permanent, in-office role with a 9:00am - 5:15pm, Monday - Friday schedule.
