We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Associate to join our dynamic team at a leading frozen foods logistics provider. As a key player in our warehouse operations, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate Counterbalance forklifts and other MHE equipment to efficiently move frozen goods.
  • Contribute to the management of inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control.
  • Participate in manual tasks, such as picking, packing, and stacking products.
  • Support colleagues in achieving operational excellence through effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Previous experience operating Counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse setting is essential.
  • Hold a valid RTITB or ITSSAR accredited Counterbalance license.
  • Ability to work in a cold storage environment (temperatures of -25C) and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of work and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.
