Veterinary Nurse

Cedar Grove Vets, a progressive first opinion, small animal, RCVS-accredited hospital, is seeking a dedicated and committed Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team in Belfast. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse looking to develop their career or a recent graduate seeking a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Nurse consultations, including weight clinics, 6 month checks, nail trimming, nutrition chats, and more.
- Patient nursing, including critical care, scrub nurse duties, patient triage, blood sampling, catheter placement, and anesthetics for mainly small animals and occasionally exotics.
- Maintaining health and safety standards and hygiene protocols.
We have excellent high-end facilities, including a fully equipped imaging suite with MRI and CT. Our team is led by a team of 10 Veterinary Surgeons, 12 Registered Veterinary Nurses, Animal Nursing Assistants, and 12 support staff. We have a range of Vets with additional qualifications and certificates and several working towards further qualifications in the fields of Orthopaedics, Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Neurology.
