**Compliance Role in Financial Services**

Our client, a leading financial services firm in South Leicester, is seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to join their team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for providing training and competence support to Independent Financial Advisors, ensuring they adhere to company and FCA guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience within compliance for financial services and a strong understanding of how Financial Advisors and Mortgage Advisors operate. A full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent is highly desirable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide training and competence support to Independent Financial Advisors
  • Assist the compliance team in identifying regulatory risks and designing internal controls
  • Support new and existing IFAs in ensuring compliance with company and FCA guidelines
