Role Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Director and Business Director to develop and implement effective media strategies across various channels, including TV, Radio, Print, OOH, Audio Visual media, and Podcasts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans, incorporating Planning and Buying expertise across multiple channels
  • Implement long-term client strategies, driving business growth and increasing revenue
  • Collaborate on new business development initiatives, pitches, and presentations to secure high-profile clients
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional client delivery and satisfaction
  • Conduct internal meetings and group presentations to drive team performance and strategy alignment
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, media owners, and stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty
  • Support the Account Director and deputise as required, demonstrating leadership and accountability
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Planning and Buying across multiple media channels, including TV
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with ownership of several key accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Proven team management skills, with experience in developing and mentoring staff to deliver exceptional results

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
