Job Title: Part-Time Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide care and support to our clients in Haywards Heath. As a Part-Time Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our elderly clients, providing assistance with daily routines, medication reminders, and engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Plan and prepare meals according to specific dietary needs.
  • Offer medication reminders and assist with mobility.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and activities that promote emotional well-being and mental stimulation.
  • Conduct light housekeeping tasks to maintain a tidy and comfortable living environment.
  • Facilitate appointments and social outings, providing transportation when necessary.
  • Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or home environment.

Working Arrangements:

This is a Part-Time position with a requirement to work some weekends and evenings on a rotational basis.
