**About the Role:** We are looking for a reliable and supportive Teaching Assistant to work with primary children in the Chelmsford area.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential in a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

You will work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and provide individual support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

This is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent at a later date. A competitive hourly rate of £22-28 per hour (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay) will be offered to the successful applicant.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience working with children (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Right to work in the UK
