Mandatory Certification: IIBA AAC

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in finance, business economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in the investment banking domain with a strong focus on reconciliations, business analysis, and project management
  • Deep understanding of any of the following domains: Equities, FX, Derivatives, Payments, Trade finance, custody, Asset servicing, Syndicated loans
  • Proven experience in senior stakeholder management with the ability to influence and advise senior executives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using financial systems, databases, and software tools, including MS Office Suite and project management software
