About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Parogon Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and leading our kitchen brigade to achieve outstanding results.

As a Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind our culinary operations, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste. You will work closely with our General Manager and other senior team members to develop and implement menus, manage kitchen resources, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet customer expectations
  • Manage kitchen resources, including inventory, equipment, and staff
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
