The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Life Cycle Assessment Consultant to join our Building LCA team at Eight Versa. Based in our London office, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of sustainability consultants who bring their expertise and knowledge to deliver bespoke solutions for corporate and built environment clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of sustainability strategies and services, including BREEAM LCA, BREEAM LCC, Whole Life Carbon, Pre Demolition Audit, Operational Waste Management Plan, and more.
  • Develop Circular economy statements and perform detailed calculations to find material flows, greenhouse gas emissions footprints, and other environmental metrics.
  • Develop Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) and consult clients to determine expectations and achieve key deliverables.
  • Promote and engage commercial clients on the merits of LCA and circular economy principles.

Personal Attributes and Skills:
  • A passion for sustainability and the built environment.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as construction, engineering, or architecture.
  • Knowledge of relevant ISO Standards, GHG footprinting, and Product Category Rules (PCR).
  • Proficiency in using LCA software, such as eTool, OneClick LCA, or OpenLCA.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
