Luxury Conference Venue Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Banqueting and Events Manager to join our team at Talent Hive.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing meetings and events, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our luxury conference venue.
- Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Benefits: Fantastic discounts, additional gratuities circa £4,000-£5,000 per year
About the Role:
The Banqueting and Events Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and other events held at our venue. This includes coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire a team of event coordinators and staff to deliver outstanding results.
