Developing Child Potential:

We are seeking a Child Development Coordinator to support the development of vulnerable children with challenging behaviour profiles. You will work closely with the child, identifying their risks and supporting their needs, escalating to senior staff members when necessary.

This role requires a high level of creativity, patience, and understanding. You will be part of a friendly, energetic, and creative team working within a children's mental health, trauma, and neurodivergent provision. An estimated salary range for this position is £24,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.

You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge, skillset, and gain relevant practical experience. This role is ideal for graduates of social science, youth studies, psychology, criminology, or similar fields. Non-graduates with sincerity, compassion, enthusiasm, and inspiration are also welcome.
