Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Location: South East of England

Salary/Benefits: £26k - £42k + Training & Benefits

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team in the South East of England. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos surveying and analysis, with excellent knowledge of HSG and UKAS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys
  • Analytical duties, including airbourne fibre counting, 4 Stage Clearances and Personal, Leak, Clearance, Reassurance and Background Air Testing
  • Write thorough technical reports for Clients and internal company purposes
  • Supervise Asbestos Operatives on site and oversee projects
  • Ensure a high level of service is delivered

Requirements:

  • Must hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 Qualifications (or RSPH equivalent)
  • Able to undertake the full range of Asbestos Surveys
  • Air Testing experience, including: 4 Stage Clearance, Personal, Leak and Reassurance
  • Excellent industry knowledge of HSG and UKAS guidelines
  • Proficient with IT applications, including TEAMS and the Office suite
