The Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Document Review Operative to join our team in a confidential capacity. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' sensitive information by meticulously reviewing confidential documentation and drafting reports on your findings, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Inputting client data onto Iron Mountain and client databases with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conducting thorough sensitivity checks on documentation to ensure confidentiality.
  • Handling confidential/top secret documents with professionalism and discretion.
  • Responding to client requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative and site support duties as required.
  • Carrying out manual handling tasks to retrieve data with care and precision.
  • Working within our fast-paced environment to ensure that the service provided to Iron Mountain's clients meets our Total Customer Satisfaction initiative.

About You

  • You will have administration or data entry experience, with a strong attention to detail and ability to review confidential documents.
  • You will be able to digest the contents of sensitive material and flag any potential issues.
  • Experience working with confidential information is highly advantageous.
  • You will possess a high level of accuracy and be able to process large volumes of data within agreed timescales.
  • You will be IT literate, with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft-based packages (Word/Excel/Outlook).
  • You will be able to learn bespoke software specific to Iron Mountain's requirements.
  • UK Government SC clearance is required.
