Kitchen Team Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Leader to join our team at Pret a Manger. As a Kitchen Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our kitchen, taking ownership of back-of-house operations and working closely with our Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the team to consistently create delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger's exacting standards and operational needs.
- Act as the guardian and custodian of Pret a Manger's quality standards, ensuring that all products served to our customers meet the highest standards.
- Conduct stock counts and administrative tasks meticulously and accurately to support smooth operations.
- Adhere to all Pret a Manger health and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served to our customers.
