Job Title: Semiconductor Manufacturing Manager

In this key role, our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for Semiconductor Production to oversee the entire production process. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers to design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and improve existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient production lines.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for production and maintenance.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff.

Requirements:

- A degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
