Commercial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Manager to join our team at Williams Manufacturing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning, supplier interaction, and transaction management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning within global procurement relationships to maximize profitability
  • Develop and implement efficient supply chain management strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Manage supplier interactions and transactions to ensure optimal results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and analysis to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with ERP systems and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
