You will be part of a high-performing team delivering exceptional service to customers by inspecting, servicing, maintaining, and repairing their overhead cranes and lifting equipment across various industries. The ideal candidate will have electro-mechanical training with an electrical bias, time-served electrical qualifications being an advantage, as well as knowledge of electrical drawings.

The role involves collaborating with other brilliant service engineers and lead technicians to troubleshoot and solve complex engineering challenges while ensuring safety and efficiency in every job. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing customers' overhead cranes and lifting equipment, working at heights, and providing excellent customer service.

This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm, although some out-of-hours work and overtime may be required. Additional out-of-hours call-out fee payments are made to compensate for this.

In addition to your salary, you will receive 33 days annual holiday including statutory bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and healthcare cashback plan. You will also have access to ongoing technical training, company vehicle and fuel, company mobile phone, and structured career growth opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you must have a valid UK driving license, be comfortable working at height, and possess excellent communication skills. A background in abrasive wheels, EMSS Safety, Passport Harness Training, IPAF, LEEA, or Working at Height would be advantageous but not essential.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits and opportunities for growth.
