Job Description
  • Perform on-site installations, validations, preventive maintenance, and system repairs of high-tech equipment.
  • Solve complex problems of varying scope and complexity.
  • Coordinate work schedules with colleagues, service operations, and management teams.
  • Instruct customers on the safe and effective use of our instruments.
  • Provide technical telephone and email support to ensure customer success.
  • Produce timely and accurate reports of activities.
  • Achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Generate sales leads for account managers.
Requirements
  • Qualification or equivalent experience in electronics/engineering or a related field.
  • Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in scientific or engineering-related fields (e.g., clinical/research laboratories, biotechnology, medical devices).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish relationships with customers.
  • Independent, service-minded, and informative approach towards customers.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Strong team contributor with excellent communication skills.
Package
  • Up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience.
