Join Our Team as an Academic Administrator

\

We are looking for an experienced Academic Administrator to join our team at LD Training Services Limited. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our academic programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with lecturers and programme leaders to ensure the successful implementation of our programmes.\
  • Lead the process of arranging meetings and workshops with lecturers and academic boards.\
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing the departmental teaching quality of our courses and programmes.\
  • Support the development and implementation of academic policies, systems, and procedures.\
  • Ensure that our programmes meet the academic quality standards set by relevant awarding organizations and UK HEIs.\
  • Monitor student progress and provide recommendations to the registrar.\
  • Analyse student data from enrolment to destination data.\
  • Advise on assessment evidence and verify assessors' judgments.\
  • Prepare assessment outcomes schedules and work on awards.\
  • Work one day over the weekends (Saturday or Sunday).\
