As a Senior Product Manager - Technical, you'll own a novel space within Amazon to enhance conversational shopping experiences. You'll define the strategy, build net new experiences in collaboration with different orgs, and work with dedicated engineering and science teams to bring your strategy to life.


You'll manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to CX definition, delivery, and optimization. Your ability to handle ambiguity, bring a bias for action, and use data to inform strategy will be crucial in driving results.


To succeed in this role, you'll need to excel at earning the trust of others, develop strong partnerships with teams from multiple orgs, and consistently convey your ideas in written narratives. You'll be a proven big thinker and collaborator who thrives in an agile organization.


Key responsibilities include defining the product vision, owning the product roadmap, and working closely with customer research, UX, marketing, legal, international partners, and your dedicated engineering team to deliver features.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
