Job Summary:
Tosca is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the UK region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with onboarding and training, ensuring a seamless experience and building long-term relationships.
- Train customers on the use of our online system, including placing orders, stock declarations, and managing stock balances.
- Perform period-end account checks to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Evaluate, communicate, finalize, and follow up on stock audits at customers.
- Contribute to monthly customer review meetings.
- Monitor customer stock movements and investigate any discrepancies.
- Manage customer master data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues and collaborate with the Quality Department to resolve these issues.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Relevant training or experience in customer support, industrial clerking, or office management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a willingness to learn internal software.
