Job Summary:

BDS (Northern) Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing daily communication with residents, ensuring the scheme is maintained, and promoting resident engagement and involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily welfare checks with residents to ensure their well-being and safety
  • Provide signposting information to residents to support their needs
  • Report maintenance issues to ensure the scheme is well-maintained
  • Conduct health and safety checks to ensure a safe living environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working as a Scheme Manager or in a Social Housing/Supported Living background. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.26 (PAYE) or £17.25 (UMB), depending on your employment status. We also offer the opportunity to work on a temporary ongoing or temporary to permanent basis, with the potential for long-term career development.
