**Job Title:** Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs Associate

**Location:** White City, West London

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our team at Clinical Professionals Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a passion for regulatory affairs and experience in pharmaceutical industry.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of regulatory records management and be able to apply their knowledge to support the implementation of regulatory records management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and maintenance of regulatory records management processes and procedures.
  2. Receives, tracks, and responds to inquiries and requests for retrieval of stored RA records in a timely manner.
  3. Responsible for receiving, classifying, scanning, indexing, and archival of regulatory relevant records in support of MA&D activities.
  4. Ensure timely generation of reports; assist Operational team in developing and maintaining meaningful KPI's/metrics related to physical and electronic record transfers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in regulatory affairs and/or archives/records management within pharmaceutical industry.
  • Mastery of English as a business language. Additional language an asset.
  • 3+ years' experience in Pharma (preferably in the area of Regulatory Records Management) is preferred.
