The Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a Ward Leader, you will be responsible for:

  1. Assuming responsibility for the designated ward and providing clinical leadership to the nursing team.
  2. Leading and developing the nursing team in the care of elderly patients and assisting in the development of clinical competencies.
