We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to spearhead quality initiatives in our training programs, driving excellence across the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote awareness and enthusiasm for quality standards among training deliverables teams.
  • Spearhead consistent, top-tier training outcomes throughout the UK, actively supporting and monitoring progress.
  • Help raise the bar for training performance, ensuring product audit standards are met and exceeded.

This role involves extensive travel across the UK, requiring a full UK Driver's License.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training or equivalent experience.
  • Proven QA expertise in training delivery and strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Office 365 (SharePoint, PowerPoint) and skilled in instructional design and adult learning techniques.
  • Organisational Skills: Sharp attention to detail, excellent planning, and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients, relaying information clearly and accurately.
  • Self-Motivation & Initiative: Proactive, with drive to work independently while supporting team goals.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of transport compliance standards and legislation.
