We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Advice Manager to join our team in Customer and Conduct at Admiral. As an SME in UK regulation, particularly regulation relevant to EUI, you will be responsible for leading the Regulatory Advice team in providing clear, pragmatic, and timely advice to EUI both in terms of its day-to-day activities and for any change initiatives.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, report writing skills, and risk management skills. They will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, alongside the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and experience dealing with regulators.

As a key contributor to the effectiveness of governance across the whole of EUI, you will support the design and implementation of an effective framework to ensure EUI's day-to-day activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies & standards.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that effective regulatory advice is provided for change activities such as product developments and other projects. In addition, you will oversee and challenge the business on their risks and controls while effectively managing your own risks and controls.

In this pivotal role, you will contribute fully to the success of the wider team and function, reporting to the Head Regulatory Advice (EUI) Customer & Conduct.

This position offers a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £60,000 to over £90,000 per annum. You will also receive 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) when you join us, increasing with length of service up to a maximum of 38 days (including bank holidays).
