About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Wakefield. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and chase payment of invoices to ensure timely receipt of funds.
  • Process, distribute, and control purchase orders to maintain efficient inventory management.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained across all systems.
  • Manage social media responses to provide timely and effective customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors to provide support and training on our company portal system.
  • Manage the Complaints inbox and distribute and chase responses to resolve customer issues.
  • Distribute and manage surveys to gather customer feedback and produce survey reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role with a focus on customer service.
