As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency in packaging specifications, supplier synergy, and logistics flows.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in packaging and supply chain management, with experience in developing innovative packaging solutions, collaborating with suppliers, and optimizing logistics flows. Key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with customers to create compelling proposals that prioritize Safety, Quality, and Optimization, while reducing forward logistics costs.

• Partner with packaging suppliers to refine packaging concepts, tapping into current resources and scouting for new ones, ensuring timely delivery.

• Craft robust packaging specifications that meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Navigate budgetary constraints and empower project managers with scope changes, ensuring cost recovery from valued customers.
  

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a strong benefits package including competitive bonuses and career development opportunities.
