About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team at Lookers Edinburgh Audi. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering a first-class experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers
- Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts/accessories that benefit the customer
- Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organize and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes
- Managing a high-volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
- Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the time when a customer's car is in the workshop
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems when any bookings have been made
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a real passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of other essential dealer systems. You will be a great team player, able to work independently using your own initiative, and have a passion for customer service and cars.
