Job Summary:
DODO RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager - Project Lead to join our team. As a Senior Site Manager - Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing the project to program, organizing and managing the site team daily, and ensuring projects are completed in a safe and timely manner, within budget and in line with the goals set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing and Managing Site Budget and Works: Develop and manage site budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget and in line with the goals set.
- Responsible Man-Management of Site Staff / Labour/Resource Levels: Manage site staff, labour, and resources, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Identify and Report on Changes to Program: Identify and report any changes to the project program, ensuring the project stays on track.
- Responsible for On-Site Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all site staff, labour, and visitors.
- Site Level Client Communications / Generating and Issuing Client Progress Reports: Communicate with clients, providing regular progress reports and ensuring client expectations are met.
- Sub-Contractor Pre-Starts and Progress Meetings: Manage sub-contractor pre-starts and progress meetings, ensuring all parties are aware of project requirements.
- Identify Changes/Amendments to Scope: Identify and report any changes or amendments to the project scope, ensuring the project stays on track.
- Site Based Internal Comms Including Ensuring Everybody on-Site is Suitably Trained: Communicate with site staff, ensuring they are aware of project requirements and are suitably trained.
- Compliance and Implementation of Temporary Work Designs: Ensure compliance with temporary work designs, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Liaison and Management of Stakeholder Relationships: Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring all parties are aware of project requirements.
Person Specification:
- Previous Senior Site Management / Project Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior site management or project management role.
- Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is required.
- IOSH Working Safely: IOSH working safely certification is required.
- Good Knowledge of HSQE Legislation Including but Not Limited to; CDM2015 and HASAWA1978: A good understanding of HSQE legislation, including CDM2015 and HASAWA1978.
- Previous Experience at Working on Complex Projects: Previous experience working on complex projects is required.
- Ability to Understand and Work to Programs: Ability to understand and work to programs.
- Basic Understanding of Contractual Obligations: A basic understanding of contractual obligations.
