Digital Marketing Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Anuncia.co, a specialist PPC agency based in Leicester. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, managing multiple projects, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client-facing communication via email and phone to ensure seamless project execution
- Internal project management with our team of PPC specialists to deliver high-quality results
- Reviewing account performance and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Monitoring return on investment (ROI) and profitability of accounts
- Preparing client reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with our marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and upsell services to existing clients
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
- Experience in project management and client service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Curiosity and interest in digital marketing and specialisms within it
