Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled High Net Worth Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a Senior IT Support Technician, you will provide exceptional quality technical and general administrative support to the Private Client Director.

About the Role

This is a maternity cover position with a strong possibility of continued employment once the contract has ended. The role is full-time, fixed-term for 15 months, covering a period of maternity leave with an initial 3-month handover period.

  • You will work closely with the team's Private Client Administrator to deliver the highest level of client service, consistent with developing and maintaining outstanding long-term relationships.
  • Obtain information from clients to facilitate Annual Suitability Reviews, producing accurate client portfolio valuations and statements using Intelligent Office.
  • Closure of plans on Intelligent Office in a timely manner, ensuring income expectations are settled if relevant, along with dealing with complex and technical client queries as directed by the Private Client Director.
  • Prepare Voyant cashflow models in advance of client meetings as required by the Private Client Director, and assist in producing comprehensive suitability letters.
  • Notify the Adviser of any suspicion of a complaint and follow appropriate procedures within the complaints handling process, following risk profiling procedures and recording risk profile scores in iO.
  • Organise and diarise meetings on behalf of the Private Client Director and team, adhering to an annual schedule, and assisting with general administration as required.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. At least 5 years' experience in a technical administration role within the financial services industry, involving direct contact with high net worth clients.
  2. Excellent IT skills, being highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
  3. A sufficient understanding of FCA rules and compliances to effectively carry out the role.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £35-40K dependent on experience, along with full benefits, including a discretionary bonus scheme. This role is flexible between Weybridge, Surrey, Clerkenwell, London, and home-based, with occasional requirement to work outside normal office hours to meet client demands.
