About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Services Advisor to join our HR Division at NFU Mutual. As part of the HR Services team, you will act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers with HR-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret, advise, and investigate HR policies, systems, and processes.
  • Provide guidance on a diverse array of HR topics while delivering exceptional customer service for all employee transactions.
  • Process, review, and action employee transactions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and systems updated for effective statutory and HR reporting.
  • Manage a caseload of employee screening requirements, keeping employees and line managers informed of progress and managing any adverse findings to ensure compliance with Group and Regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the implementation of end-to-end HR Services team processes in line with our HR Process Excellence Framework.

About You

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience of working in customer service coupled with a passion for delivering an exceptional service to your customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
