Dedicated Class Teacher Required

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Class Teacher to join GSL Education - Chelmsford in Hornchurch.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2, delivering high-quality education that meets the diverse learning needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tailored Teaching Approaches: Develop and implement teaching strategies and resources to cater to individual student learning styles, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged.
  • Ongoing Student Progress: Employ a range of assessment strategies to monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching approaches as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and initiatives that enhance the overall learning experience for students.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2.
  2. A creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a passion for delivering high-quality education.
  3. The ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive school culture.
Salary Package:

Competitive daily pay rates ranging from £125 - £240 per day, depending on experience and qualifications (£24,375 - £46,800 annually).
