Role Overview
NewDay's Customer Management team seeks a skilled Lead Analyst for Credit Strategy Development to drive credit risk capabilities within our existing customer management processes.

This role offers a salary range of around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, along with performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.

As a Lead Analyst, you'll lead cross-functional teams to develop analytical ways to identify, understand, and mitigate credit risk. You'll investigate exposure to different types of credit risk, propose activities to handle these risks while engaging with customers' needs, and enable customers to get back on track.

Our ideal candidate will possess a university degree level or equivalent experience, with expertise in strategic problem-solving, commercial competence, and experience working in a regulated financial services organization. Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI tools is also desirable.
