The starting salary for this role is £12.33 - 13.33 per hour, rising with training to £12.83-13.83 (dependent on store location).

As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and customer service.

You will also be involved in implementing new initiatives and projects, and working closely with the store manager to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

About You

  • You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably as a team leader or supervisor.
  • You will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a ability to provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
