Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Hardware Solutions Manager to lead our End User Services team, responsible for defining, developing, and managing hardware solutions that empower our employees to work efficiently and effectively. This is a hybrid role with two working days in our London office.

The ideal candidate will have extensive product management experience in an End User Services environment, strong familiarity with AV technology manufacturers like Poly, and project management expertise supporting complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into product planning and execution.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform product development and ensure services remain competitive and innovative.
  • Champion the end-user experience, ensuring all hardware is user-friendly, accessible, and provides a seamless experience.
  • Provide direct input to projects, including equipment selection and guidance on installation and configuration.
  • Manage a team responsible for ensuring equipment delivery to colleagues in a timely fashion.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Oversee the creation of product documentation, user guides, and training materials to support end-users and ensure they can maximize the value of the services provided.
What We Offer
