Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager / Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Venues Collection. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our catering and service operations, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our culinary and service teams to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and present high-quality food to the highest standards
    • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and service of food and beverages
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate our culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional results
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests
    • Respond to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Operations Management
    • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses
    • Implement and maintain high standards of health and safety, quality, and hygiene

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
