Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at Principal Resourcing. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of subjects across the KS3 and KS4 curriculum in the absence of the teacher.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities to a class of 25-30 students
  2. Support the positive progression of students' learning and development at secondary level
  3. Have strong behaviour management skills and a passion for education
  4. Be flexible and enthusiastic in your approach, working collaboratively as part of a high-quality staff team
  5. Follow the behaviour policy of the school and ensure children are engaging in their learning
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at Grade C and above
  2. Previous experience working with children or young adults is preferable, but not essential as full training will be given
  3. A current DBS registered with the update service or a DBS completed through Principal Resourcing
