About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven PR Manager to lead our public relations efforts in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK media landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining media relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement PR Strategies: Create and execute PR strategies to promote the brand and its products in the UK, enhancing brand visibility and supporting the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Media Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure coverage in print, online, and broadcast media.
  • Crisis Communications and Media Inquiries: Manage crisis communications, handle media inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and stay updated on media trends, industry news, and competitor activities in the UK market.
  • PR Campaign Results and Reporting: Monitor media coverage, report on PR campaign results, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaboration with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align PR activities with overall marketing and brand goals, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years or more of relevant work experience in the British market with a track record of successful marketing campaigns, preferably within the home appliances or technology industry.
  • Skills: Proven experience in PR, with a focus on the UK market; strong network of media contacts in the UK; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure; knowledge of digital PR strategies and tools is a plus; experience in managing crisis communications is preferred.
