This role plays a crucial part in supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursery. The ideal candidate will provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, oversee curriculum implementation, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Nursery Manager in implementing policies and procedures.
  • Supervise nursery staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and health and safety guidelines.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff, fostering inclusivity and respect.
  • Assist in planning age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
