We are seeking a skilled Paver Installation and Repair Professional to join our team at TEAMFORCE Labour Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including kerb laying, manhole installation, and site preparation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the paving industry and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with kerb laying and manhole installation is essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding environments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Laying kerbs efficiently and accurately in compliance with project specifications and local authority standards.
- Installing and repairing manholes, ensuring all surfaces are smooth, stable, and appropriately compacted.
- Preparing and leveling the ground for paving, ensuring all surfaces are smooth and stable.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus benefits including comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement.
