Job Description:

M4 Recruitment - Bristol Division Careers is seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class I driver to join their operations on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have a valid CE category on their full UK licence, a valid CPC and Tacho card, and good experience driving CE category vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive HGV Class I vehicles on a daily basis, making deliveries to various locations
  • Operate a tail lift and perform manual handling tasks as required
  • Work a 5-day week, Monday to Friday, with shifts starting between 0200 and 0600 in the morning
  • Be available for a driving assessment and start work as soon as possible

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience holding a CE category on a full UK licence
  • Valid CPC and Tacho card
  • Good experience driving CE category vehicles
  • No more than 6 points on the licence (depending on code)
  • Positive attitude and good knowledge of driving laws and regulations

Pay and Benefits:

The pay for this role is £18.80 between midnight and 6 am and £15.67 between 6 am and midnight.
