Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney for AWS Expansion

Amazon's Legal Department is seeking a highly skilled commercial real estate attorney to support the company's Amazon Web Services (AWS) expansion worldwide. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the complexities of land acquisitions and leasing.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced lawyer with at least five years of post-qualification legal experience who can draft and negotiate contracts in English. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transactional drafting and negotiating on deals
  • Providing legal counsel and contract interpretation to business team members
  • Structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements and leases
  • Managing outside counsel
  • Advising internal business clients
  • Developing, implementing, and managing process improvements

Location:

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
