Job Title: Contract ServiceNow Developer Specialist

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective ServiceNow integrations to enhance our client's experience. This includes leveraging AD authentication, federation, SPML, SOAP API, and third-party API integrations to drive business success. Your technical expertise will ensure seamless integration between systems, while your problem-solving skills will help address any challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure ServiceNow integrations using AD authentication and federation
  • Configure SPML (XML) creation and SOAP API configurations to meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow third-party API integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve services

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development, maintenance, and administration
  • Strong understanding of AD authentication and federation, SPML, SOAP API, and third-party API integrations
