About the Job

We are seeking a Contract Manager to join our BPO Sourcing Team, responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of BPO and offshoring engagements.

This role requires collaboration with senior leadership, supplier management, offshore shared services, and cost management teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Locations: Edinburgh, Halifax, Bristol, London, or Birmingham

Salary: Up to £600 per day inside IR35

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sourcing approach to drive value and efficiency across the BPO category.
  • Manage the entire sourcing lifecycle, from initial planning to contract award and ongoing contract management.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including supplier management, offshore shared services, and cost management teams.
