Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our clients by attending breakdowns, completing regular service calls, and installation work.

You will be required to promote the company to secure opportunities for additional work, repair broken-down equipment, and support system commissioning and training activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete service reports, timesheets, and job sheets accurately and on time.
  • Promote the company to secure opportunities for additional work.
  • Repair broken-down equipment under emergency call-out schemes.
  • Support system commissioning and training activities.
  • Carry out equipment and system installation work at customer sites.
  • Complete risk assessment and method statement paperwork before commencing work.
  • Maintain good professional working relationships with all existing and new customers.
Requirements
  • Mechanical or electromechanical skills training or Apprenticeship.
  • Ability to work with compressed air equipment.
  • Experience of installations.
