We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Orbis Education and Care. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs associated with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and care to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior or health status.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working with individuals with autism or complex needs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts
