Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ADRA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our decarbonisation efforts in Wales, developing and implementing strategies to reduce carbon emissions, and improving sustainability across our operations.

ADRA is a leading provider of quality homes in North Wales, committed to protecting and developing the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve. Our mission is to provide high-quality homes while promoting sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon emissions and improve sustainability across our operations
• Lead our decarbonisation efforts in Wales, working closely with local partners and stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day operations, including business plan delivery, budget management, and staff line management
• Identify and deliver new grant and commercial opportunities to expand our reach and growth

Salary and Benefits:
£65,000 per annum, plus a competitive benefits package including a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days annual leave.
